These terms are the agreement between DK88 and everyone who uses this site — the casino lobby, the slots and instant games sections, the sports book, the Bonuses page, the VIP lobby and King's Market. Opening an account, placing a bet or claiming an offer means you accept them. If any part of them does not suit you, do not use the account.
What these terms cover
They apply to every page on this site and to the Android and iOS apps linked in the footer. The English and Malay versions of a page carry the same rules; where a translation reads ambiguously, the English wording is the one we work from. Three further documents sit beside this one and form part of the same agreement: the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming page and the Dispute Resolution policy. Read them together — the second one in particular, because it explains the limits and breaks you can ask for at any time.

Who can open an account
You must be at least 18 years old. The sign-up form asks you to confirm it, and confirming it falsely voids everything that follows. You must also be allowed to gamble where you are: checking that is your responsibility, not ours.
- One account per person. One account per household, device and payment instrument as well.
- The username, phone number and email you enter must be your own and must be accurate.
- An account opened with details that turn out to be false can be frozen, its bets voided and its balance held until the position is settled.
- An account is personal. It cannot be sold, transferred or handed to somebody else to play on.
Your account and your login details
You sign up with a username and a password of at least six characters, or through the Google button on the sign-up and log in screens. Those details are yours to keep: anything done under your login counts as done by you, so change the password the moment you suspect somebody else has it.
Confirming your email and your phone number is worth doing straight away. Confirming your email unlocks 18 free spins with no wagering attached, and both steps give us a way to reach you about a withdrawal, a security alert or an open case. Keep both current. Before a withdrawal we may ask you to confirm that you are the person the account belongs to.
Deposits, withdrawals and the currency we use
Balances, stakes and payouts on this site are handled in MYR. The methods in our cash desk are Touch 'n Go, DuitNow QR, FPX online banking, Boost, GrabPay and ShopeePay. Each carries its own minimum, its own processing time and its own limits, and those are shown to you at the moment you pay rather than fixed here.
- Deposit only from an instrument in your own name. A deposit from somebody else's card, wallet or bank account can be reversed and the account restricted.
- Withdrawals return to the method you deposited with wherever the provider allows it. Crypto withdrawals go to the address you supply — check it twice, because a sent transaction cannot be recalled.
- The balance is money for playing. It is not a deposit account, it earns no interest, and money moved in and straight out again without play may need an explanation before it is processed.
- A payment can sit with the provider longer than either of us would like. When that happens we will tell you where it is rather than leave you guessing.
Bonuses, promo codes and King's Market
Every offer on the Bonuses page carries its own conditions on the card itself, and those conditions win over anything general written here. The slots welcome pack of 588% with free spins, the daily reload of up to 20%, the daily rebate of up to 1.5%, the weekly cashback, the daily wheel of fortune, the daily check-in worth up to 100 Dash Coins, the birthday scratch card, the achievements and the quests inside DashKing City all work that way. The promo code field on the sign-up form is optional, and a code has to be entered before the deposit it applies to.
Bonus money and its winnings become withdrawable only once the wagering attached to the offer is finished. An offer taken more than once, or cleared with very low-risk play, opposite outcomes or bets placed only to turn the requirement over, can be removed together with anything won from it. Dash Coins earned from check-ins, quests and achievements are spent inside King's Market on free spins, deposit bonuses, freebets and the prizes listed there. Coins are not cash: they cannot be transferred, exchanged between accounts or withdrawn.
Sports betting
The betslip only fills once you are signed in, and a bet exists from the moment it is accepted, at the odds shown at acceptance. If the price has moved while you were confirming, the slip offers you the new one instead of taking the old.
- Settlement follows the official result published by the competition organiser. If that result is corrected, the settlement is corrected with it.
- Stakes are returned when an event is abandoned or postponed beyond a reasonable window, when a market was listed in error, when the participants were wrong, or when a price was obviously mistaken.
- Cash-out is offered when a price for it is available. It is not guaranteed at any particular moment and a request can be declined if the market moves while it is being processed.
- Scores, timers and statistics shown on the site are a guide. The official record of the event governs the settlement.
Casino, slots and instant games
The games in the casino lobby, in slots and in instant games come from the studios named on those pages, and every outcome is produced by the studio's own generator. Neither you nor we can influence a round once it has started.
If a round is interrupted — a dropped connection, a closed tab, a phone that goes to sleep — it is resolved from the provider's record of it, and an unfinished round is often waiting for you when you reopen the game. A round affected by an obvious malfunction is void along with anything it paid. Play in demo mode costs nothing and pays nothing.
The VIP programme
The ladder on the VIP page runs DASHER, SILVER, GOLD, PLATINUM, DIAMOND and INFINITY. Tiers are granted against the deposit and turnover targets printed on that page, benefits switch on the day after a tier is granted, and the whole ladder is recalculated between the 1st and the 5th of each month. Silver and above have to meet their targets again to hold position. A higher tier can be granted directly as soon as its conditions are met, so there is no requirement to climb one step at a time. Risk-free approaches such as arbitrage betting do not count towards progression.
Conduct we do not allow
- Holding more than one account, or playing on an account that belongs to someone else.
- Bots, scripts and automated betting of any kind.
- Working a bug, a duplicated bonus or a mispriced market instead of reporting it.
- Raising a chargeback with a payment provider rather than opening a case with us.
- Abusive behaviour towards support staff or other players.
- Using the site while under 18, or letting somebody under 18 use your account.
Where any of that happens, bets can be voided, bonuses and coins withdrawn, and the account restricted or closed. Money that was legitimately deposited and is not owed elsewhere is returned.
Changes, closing an account and getting in touch
These terms can change. The version published on this page is the current one and applies from the moment it appears; a change that would affect a bonus you are already wagering is not applied backwards to it. You can close your account whenever you like — withdraw the real-money balance first, because bonus balances and coin balances lapse when the account closes. If a break is what you want rather than a closure, the Responsible Gaming page describes the limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion you can ask for.
